MXDR and Zero Trust generate tickets that require review and labor. Choose a support plan to cover that service labor, or go tools-only if you handle remediation yourself. Remote and Full Support include management for up to 5 workstations and 5 users — additional devices and users are $35 each. Servers are priced separately. Each active security tool (MXDR, Zero Trust, Backup) earns 10% off billable labor — all three active means 30% off any hourly or project work.
