Drop Off or Call Ahead

Bring your device to our Laurel location at 1654 Highway 184, or call ahead if you need help getting it to us. We'll get it checked in and give you an estimate on turnaround time.

Diagnostic — $45 + Tax

We run a full diagnostic on the device — hardware, software, and security. We'll identify what's wrong and tell you exactly what it will take to fix it. If you move forward with the repair, the $45 diagnostic fee is applied toward your service total.

Approval & Repair

You approve the work and cost before we start. No surprises. We complete the repair, run post-fix testing, and make sure everything is working before we call you.

Pick Up & Walk-Through

When you pick up your device, we walk you through what we did, what we found, and how to avoid the same issue again. You leave understanding what happened — not just hoping it's fixed.

Common questions.

How much does a repair cost?
Diagnosis is $45 plus tax. If you choose to move forward with a repair or service, that $45 is applied toward the cost of the work — so you're not paying for it twice. We provide a quote after diagnosis and before any work begins, so you always know what you're getting into before we start. Call us at (601) 425-0300 for current pricing on specific repairs.
Do you work on both PCs and laptops?
Yes. We repair Windows-based desktops and laptops from most major brands including Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, Asus, and more. Call ahead if you have a less common device — we'll let you know before you make the trip.
Do you work on Apple computers and iOS devices?
We service Apple Mac computers and provide software support for iPhones and iPads — including setup, troubleshooting, software issues, and data transfer. We do not currently perform hardware repairs on iOS devices (screen replacements, battery swaps, etc.). If you're unsure whether we can help with your Apple device, give us a call at (601) 425-0300 and we'll let you know before you make the trip.
Can you recover data from a dead computer?
In many cases, yes — even when a computer won't turn on, the drive itself is often intact. We'll assess the drive and let you know what recovery is possible. Success depends on what caused the failure. Physical drive damage or severe corruption may limit recovery, but we'll be upfront about what's realistic.
How long does a repair take?
We work as fast as we can, but turnaround time varies. Our business and contract customers have service priority, which can affect how quickly we get to home and personal repairs. Most common jobs — virus removal, tune-ups, SSD upgrades — are still completed within a few days, but we can't always guarantee same-day or next-day. We'll give you a realistic timeline when you check in, and we'll keep you updated if anything changes. Complex repairs or parts orders will take longer regardless.
Should I repair my old computer or buy a new one?
Honest answer: it depends. If your computer is under 5 years old, repairing or upgrading is usually the better value. If it's older, heavily damaged, or the cost of repair approaches the cost of a decent replacement, we'll tell you that. We'd rather give you the right answer than sell you a repair that doesn't make sense.
Do you offer home or on-site visits?
On-site visits are available by request for situations where drop-off isn't practical — such as desktop setups, network issues, or customers who can't easily transport their equipment. Contact us to discuss your situation and we'll find the best option.
